The directory is focused on founders and founding teams building AI companies in the UK. Each profile is designed to make the ecosystem easier to scan: founder name, company, role, location, sector, founding year, funding context, and public profile links.
How inclusion works
Verification and updates
New submissions are reviewed before inclusion. Public company websites, founder profiles, and other publicly available signals are used to validate entries. The directory is intended to be continuously updated so that it remains more useful than one-off static lists.
Why this exists
The British AI ecosystem is growing quickly, but discovery is fragmented. AI Founders UK exists to create a clear, public map of the founders building the category. That curation, verification, and ongoing maintenance is the product, not just the raw list itself.
